Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and MonacoWebPix (“Avahit”, “we”), registered in Principality of Monaco. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who may use Avahit

You must be at least 16 years old. One person, one account. If we terminate your account you may not open another without our written consent.

2. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, resize, transcode and display your posts inside Avahit and in previews of Avahit links shared elsewhere. This licence exists only so the service can function; it ends when you delete the content, except for copies already cached by third parties beyond our control.

We do not sell your content, licence it to other companies, or use it to train models.

3. What you may post

You confirm that for every post you have the right to publish the media you upload. Do not post:

• Photos or video you did not create and are not licensed to use.
• Counterfeit goods, replicas, or listings that misrepresent what is being sold.
• Sexual content, content involving minors, violence, or hate speech.
• Products that are illegal to sell in the buyer’s country: weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, live animals.
• Malware, phishing links, or redirects to a destination different from the one shown.
• Automated bulk posting, scraped catalogues, or content generated purely to farm clicks.

4. Affiliate links

You may post your own affiliate links and keep the commission. In return you are responsible for complying with the disclosure rules that apply to you — in the United States that is the FTC Endorsement Guides, in the EU the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive. Avahit labels outbound links automatically (see the Affiliate Disclosure), but that does not transfer your own legal obligations to us.

You must also honour the terms of the affiliate programmes you participate in. If a merchant bans a traffic source, that is between you and the merchant.

5. Moderation

We may remove any post, limit its distribution, or suspend an account when we believe these terms or the Community Guidelines have been broken — including on the report of another user or a rights holder.

When we do, we tell the author what we did, on which specific ground, whether automated means were involved, and how to challenge it. Appeals are reviewed by a person other than the one who made the original decision, within six months of the decision. Restrictions applied to your account are never automatic and permanent at the same time: no account is terminated by software alone.

6. We are not the seller

Avahit displays products sold by third parties. We are not a party to your purchase and give no warranty about price, availability, authenticity, delivery or refunds. Complaints about an order go to the store you bought from.

Prices are a snapshot, not an offer. Every price on Avahit was read from the store at a moment we record and display on the product page. Stores change prices without telling us, run region-specific pricing, and add shipping and tax at checkout. The price on the store’s own page at the moment you buy is the only one that counts, and where our figure and theirs disagree, theirs is correct. Price history and “lowest we have seen” describe our own observations over a stated period, not the product’s whole history.

For products sourced through a merchant’s API we follow that programme’s rules on how long a price may be displayed, which is why some products show a price with a shorter freshness window and no history chart.

7. Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this removes your posts, boards, comments and profile from Avahit. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms, or immediately in cases of fraud, copyright abuse or risk to other users.

8. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by the law of Principality of Monaco, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost commission. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Changes

We will post any material change here at least 14 days before it takes effect and notify signed-in users in the app. Continuing to use Avahit after that date means you accept the new version.
