Brands, merchants and affiliate networks
[email protected]— a separate mailbox so these never queue behind general mail. Use it for:
- a product post you want removed, corrected, or a price you believe we are showing wrongly;
- questions about how your products appear here and where the traffic comes from;
- compliance questions from an affiliate network reviewing this site — we answer these first, because an unanswered compliance email is itself a reason for a network to close an account;
- asking us to stop listing your store altogether.
We do not require a legal threat to act. A note saying “this listing is wrong” with the URL is enough.

What we cannot help with
- Orders.We are not the seller. Where is my parcel, can I return this, my card was charged twice — all of that belongs to the store you bought from. Their name is on every product page.
- Affiliate commissions. Creators are paid by their networks directly; we never hold that money and cannot chase it.
- Merchant support. We have no special line to any store.
