- A brand counts only when its words name one threshold. Two different US thresholds in the same source, or a sentence we could not read unambiguously, means no figure: 121 brands either charge shipping on every order, do not state a rule in their policy or banner, or state it in a way we could not read.
- The sample is the brands in our catalogue, mostly direct-to-consumer stores, Amazon excluded, not the US retail market.
